The support service will be provided only during working hours, i.e.: Sunday-Thursday, 9:00am - 5:00pm, excluding Israeli national holidays. Orcanos is located in Israel (GMT+2)
QPack Upgrades and bug fixes
Orcanos will provide customer with modifications, updates, enhancements and new releases of QPack, made by Orcanos, when such modifications, updates, enhancements and new releases are generally available to Orcanos customers.
Support Limitations
Without limitation, Support and maintenance Services do not cover: (i) custom engineering support, (ii) migration of data to QPack, (iii) integration of QPack with Other Applications, (iv) Content maintenance or (v) other customization work.
It is also understood and agreed that Orcanos will not be responsible for any IT problem, such as hardware problems, database backups, file server backups, etc. Also Orcanos will not be responsible to any server/database modifications done by Customer employees.
