QPack Workflow Management

Using workflows is an integral and very important activity in application lifecycle management.

An item might be Requirement, Test, Defect etc. The item workflow defines all the possible status transitions.

For example, you can define that a defect is open in status "New" and can only be changed to "Open". In that specific transition, QPack allows you to define auto-assignment to a specific user, and define special notifications to other users.

You can also name the transition, in our example "Report Defect".
